Out and In Bottle

Purpose:    small motor skills

Materials:   plastic bottles
                  small objects, such as cotton balls,
                         pompoms, and seasonal toys

Directions:   Place the objects in the bottle and screw on the lid.  Make a game of this by challenging the children to take everything out of the bottle.  Then see if they can put everything back in the bottle.

Variations:   Give children tweezers to take cotton balls out of the bottle.

            Put a special toy in the bottom of the bottle to try and get out.
