Feeling Fine
(Tune: “Happy All the Time”)
I'm in right, (Hold up both index fingers and point to chest.)
Out right, (Point out with index fingers.)
Up right, (Reach up high.)
Down right, (Stoop down low.)
And I'm feeling fine. (Turn around in a circle.)
I eat the food that’s good (Pretend to feed self.)
And exercise like I should. (Run in place.)
That’s why I’m in right,
Up right,
Out right,
Down right,
And I’m feeling fine.
A little faster…
Super fast…
Sintiéndome bien
Estoy de frente, a la derecha, justo arriba, justo abajo
Y me siento bien.
Estoy de frente, a la derecha, justo arriba, justo abajo
Y me siento bien.
Yo como la comida que es buena.
Y hago ejercicio como debería.
Esa es la razón por la que estoy de frente, a la derecha, justo arriba, justo abajo
Y me siento bien.
¡ Un poco más rápido !
¡ Super rápido !

Activities: Place a mirror in the bottom of a shoebox. Explain that an amazing and incredible thing is in the box. It is so wonderful that there’s just one like it in the whole world. Pass the box around for each child to look in and say what they see!
Make a bulletin board that says: “We can’t all be stars, but we can all twinkle.” Cut large yellow stars out of construction paper and give one to each child. Have them draw their face in the middle of the star. (You could also put their photo in the star.) Brainstorm five positive things about each child and write them in the points on the star. Staple the stars to the bulletin board.
