Class Management Tool

This free tool is geared toward primary teachers, and is very easy to setup according to Gregory Gorman. Gregory created the tool. Simply add your class list and you're finished! You now have access to 8 different reports.

This easy to use template will give you an array of helpful classroom material.  By simply typing in your class list you will be able to generate  a class check-off list, alphabet name plates, name cards, name tags, cubby name plates, name cards for pocket charts, etc!  You can also print a name writing practice page for a student, or the whole class, all with the click of a button! 

The Class Management Tool requires Excel 2003, or 2007, and currently only works on Windows (sorry MAC users, we are working on your version.)   Also, be sure to test drive ESGI’s K-1 assessment program at www.esgisoftware.com.  This will work on both MAC and Windows.  Watch the video to see how you can administer your current assessments (letters, sounds, sight words, etc.) faster and easier and print parent letters and more!   We are constantly developing programs to assist K-1 teachers, so stay tuned for more helpful tools!
