Vacation Travel

Travel Brochures - Collect travel brochures for children to look at. Where would they like to go? Why? Let them make imaginary tickets and pack a paper suitcase (construction paper folded in half with a pipe cleaner handle) with items they would take.

Travel Journal - Let children make travel journals they can write in over the summer. You can use a pocket folder, wall paper, map, or other interesting print for the cover and staple blank paper inside.
