A pirate, princess, witch,
Or a musketeer?

I'm not afraid, you see
For underneath that scary mask
It's just another kid like me!

Activities: Have children draw a picture of themselves. Next, draw a picture of what they will be for Halloween. Staple the costume on top of the illustration.

Adapt the "Brown Bear" chant to pictures of children in their costumes.

For example: "Clown, clown, what do you see?"

"I see a pirate looking at me."
