Capture children’s attention for a book, game, or concept you want to introduce by putting a prop in a sack (or box) and singing this song to “I’m a Little Teapot.”
What’s in the surprise sack, who can tell?
Maybe it’s a book, or maybe it’s a shell.

It’s something special for you and me!
Pass the sack around and let each child guess what is in the sack.
Get on Board
Begin “chugging” around the room as you sing this song to the tune of “Get on Board Little Children.” Children grab on to your waist and “chug” with you when their name is called.
I have a friend that you all know,
and first child’s name is his/her name.
