Paper Plate Party and “It’s in the Bag”
November, 2009

It doesn’t take much to make me happy!

Paper plates, lunch sacks, a little imagination, children, and we’ll have a party!

I hope you’ll be happy, too, with these fun and inexpensive projects you can create with paper plates and bags!
Paper Plates
Hint! I buy in bulk at discount stores. You can also buy at dollar stores with seasonal decorations. Dinner or dessert plates can be used.

Happy reading and singing!

You will find suggestions and ideas on the following pages. Check out every one of them and choose the ones that you know your students will enjoy.

I received a note from a North Carolina teacher. She sent some pictures, too. Her kids loved Stinky Cheese, so they created their own version called Rotten Cherries. Click here to see her kids and read her note.

Also, please take a minute and check out the Thanksgiving Bracelet poem.

Downloads for November - We have downloadable files for you this month. Be sure to check them all. All of the paper plate activities are available as printable cards. You can also use the Downloads button in the menu to the left.
